At Alternative Brewing, we want you to be completely satisfied with your coffee gear and accessories. If your purchase isn't quite right, we offer a straightforward return process for unused items in their original packaging within 30 days.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are unused, in original packaging, and within the 30-day return window; please note that perishable goods like coffee beans cannot be returned.

  Submit a Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization and the correct warehouse shipping address.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items to prevent damage during transit and send them back to us using a tracked shipping service of your choice.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
